We love to see creativity flow. That is usually where the most innovative solutions appear and the most appealing trends emerge. In the true spirit of Jalbum we’ve created a way for you to customize your home page under the Settings tab. Here's a brief tutorial on how to use the new features.
Upload a background
The background image will be displayed behind the content of your pages. You may upload any image (max size is 1 MB) and position it as you see fit. By default all images will be horizontally centered, but you may change this under the tab "advanced options". There you also find the option to tile the background that creates a flowing pattern from your image.
Upload a header image
The header image will decorate the top of your home page. Upload an image to see what it looks like. The image should have these dimensions: 980px width x 180px height. If the image is larger than these dimensions the system will automatically crop the image to make it fit. Smaller images will be displayed just the way they are. You may also set the opacity of the header to make it semi-transparent or transparent.
Change page colors
Background – The color visible if you have no background image
Menu bar – The Jalbum menu background
Menu text – The Jalbum menu text
Header bg – The color visible if you have no header image
Header text – The color of the text visible in your header
Links – All the links on your pages
Boxhead – The background colors on your user page boxes
Boxhead text – The text colors on your user page boxes
All users can try this feature out but you must have a premium or power account to be able to save your creations.
