Are you tired of having to scroll album pages to see photos? Do you wonder why there is so much wasted space on web albums? Most web albums have fixed layouts that work great for a specific screen size. They run into trouble when the window is not maximized or when the screen is different from the design size.

This skin is specifically designed to address these issues. The layouts and images are scaled to fit the available space in the browser window, insuring large thumbnails and slides with minimum dead space. The resizing is done using Flash based high quality resizing routines to provide the best possible picture viewing experience. You may also switch to full screen mode to see larger images without the distraction of the browser.

It is difficult to pick a skin that fits all of the time. That is why DPL support eight different dynamically selectable views from an on-screen menu.

(1) Dynamically adjustable vertical thumbnails with a large image to the right and the option to either select your images or automatically move from slide to slide.
(2) Horizontal thumbnails with a large image on top and the option to select your images or automatically move from slide to slide.
(3) A full screen borderless slide show with the option to manually or automatically move from slide to slide.
(4) A full screen framed slide show with the option to manually or automatically move from slide to slide.
(5) A full screen rolling slide show with the option to manually or automatically move from slide to slide.
(6) A carousel view where images roll on and off the screen.
(7) A "Light Box" view where individual images can be displayed and the thumbnail size can be dynamically adjusted to show fewer larger or more smaller thumbnails in the lightbox.
(8) A "photos to movie" mode where photos are randomly panned and zoomed to create a movie clip effect.

Six predefined themes (color and border schemes) may be selected or you may create your own.

In addition, this skin supports music, downloads, on-line printing and the display of EXIF, IPTC and GPS information. If GPS information is available, a google map may be opened to show the location.

It is recommended that smooth scaling and slides at least 800x800 be used for best results.

Digital Photo Librarian Version 3 version 3.2.5:

Fixed strange problem with Firefox and the use of arrow keys for navigation. Fixed display of arrow keys on "Lightbox" view when using keyboard.

Dude! Totally Awesome!! So functional, yet so simplistic. Very user friendly. Love the fact that viewers can choose thier own seetings right from the album page. Only problem I found, is that the pause doesn't work when in Photo To Movie mode. Still, it is a great skin. Everyone needs to download and use this one!!

And the options are awesome: my favorite is the big view above a row of TNs with the choices for display. Way better than blogging and the first possibility that made me want to participate and share because it's so easy and creative.
