Let's see...um I started taking photos with a used Nikkormat back in '64 and focused on nature images...6 cameras and 4 decades later I'm capturing more portraits such as a recent photo shoot at Spring Creek. Guess I should have been a photographer by trade, but a buddy of mine says put down the camera and pick up a brush and do some plein air oils..
Time will tell.
More encroachment and destruction of Spring Creek's valuable forest...this sewer will run from west of here all the way to Rowlett Creek Sewage Treatment Plant..many trees have died and more in the coming months.
City of Garland destroys bottomland hardwoods to put in the Rowlett Relief Sewer for future development along George Bush Tollway.....

This is the north side of Spring Creek in Garland, Texas....an area of old abandoned gravel pits, mining equipment now gone, old sheds now gone, and now threatened by a new road to feed the consumptive masses along President George Bush Tollway. Some of these scenes are extinct.
