The Metrocrest CROP Walk was held on August 29th and we couldn't have had better weather. We walked 2.27 miles on a trail that starts right behind the Farmers Branch Library. Lots of other churches participated and it was a big success for raising awareness and money for local, state and national food banks that help feed the hungry. Those who missed the chance to participate can still make a donation in the Communion Offering on Sunday, September 6th.
