Added two new styles, called Ebony 2 and Ivory 2. Also made some scriptlet optimizations.

For this version the skin has been given a complete design makeover! It also includes a couple of new features like custom header and footer support.

This is the version bundled with Jalbum 8.1. For this version I've added a settings tab (only a few options so far, but more to come). I've also done several bug fixes.

This version of the skin contains two updates:
* Keyboard navigation added (thanks Laza)
* Better meta tags to support share on Facebook and similar sites
