Very nice skin! How do I remove the title (IMG_1234) at the top and below the picture?

The title above can't be removed, because that is the title of the page. You can rename it to whatever you like in the Edit mode, right bottom "Title" field. The bottom "Caption" can be controlled by the settings on the "Settings / Base / Slide page / Caption" controls.
