Hello, nice to see the picture of the F2a appearing again :-)
Do you still use it ? I Have to admit that mines stay more and more after glass :-( A shame, really. A retired working horse dies within a short period, I was told :-)
I recently updated from D2x to a D3. A complete different world but I could not force myself to sell the D2x with the DX lenses. I would feel a traitor.
So now I have the complete collection : D1, D2x and D3.
Please tell me that I'm crazy, my wife already does :-)

Thanks so much for liking my album, Paul. Yes, I get to use the F2a - but on very rare ocassions, close to never as years go by. I keep it as a collector's item now and I just can't sell it because of some intrinsic value attached to it. I bought it 2nd hand from a Filipino photojournalist who used it and came back from the Vietnam War in the 70s. In 1986, he got killed in a military convoy ambushed by local rebels in the countryside.
You have the D3...wow! Perhaps, I'll join your craziness someday and own it too! Belgium strikes me as a beautiful country, though never been there. Your chocolaits drive my wife and kids crazy :-) Cheers! from the Philippines!

You forgot the main attraction in Belgium : the beers :-)
All at once I had the opportunity to buy a D3 at new state with less than 10.000 clicks for half of the price and had some 5 minutes to make my decision.
Now I really know why it is called "the Low Light King" or "the High Speed Demon".
The D3 is an Incredible machine. If you'd have the opportunity, buy it !!!!! You will not regret this choice.
