I love to work with wood. The only thing which makes me feel truly content at the end of the working day is to have shaped and fitted a nice piece of wood to a lovely wooden boat useing copper nail, roves and bolts, in the same way as has been done for thousands of years. Boatbuilding is a mixture of fine engineering in wood, craftsmanship, design and asthetics and constant problem solving.
My photography on the other hand does not get much further than quick snaps.
