I have a site with MANY (!) pages. Instead of typing "P align=left" for each title on each page is there a way to add custom html code in the code/index page/HTMP panel?
thanks

Yes, there is. Not only is what you're doing "the hard way," it's also not valid HTML5.

Head for Gromit > Code > CSS and enter:
.gr-pagetitle, .gr-pagetitleTI {text-align:left;}
The .gr-pagetitle class is for a title that's on a page with no theme image, and the .gr-pagetitleTI class is for titles shown over a theme image.

This is all in the user's manual: https://jgromit.com/gromit/man/gromit_css-classes.html

And to target the description and the title on a slide page:
.gr-pagedescription, .gr-pagedescriptionTI, .gr-pagetitleslide {text-align: left;}
