I have a pro license and use JAlbum on my desktop & laptop, I have the latest version of JAlbum on both computers. I can log in from the applicationon the desktop computer but not the laptop. Both computers are identical in versions (windows 10) , etc. I have even double checked to be sure I'm logged off the application on the desktop, and still cannot log in from the laptop.
Is there something I can do to fix this?

You should be able to log in from both desktop and laptop at the same time (I do that routinely). All I can suggest is that you double-check the password you're using on the non-working machine. Remember that passwords are case-sensitive (usernames aren't).
