Hello,
I have built an album (Turtle) named 'Ein Ausflug in die Eng'
but the link (file:///D:/container/Drw-homepage%20neu/photoalben/Ein%20Ausflug%20in%20die%20Eng/album/photoalben/photoalben.html) doesn't trace back to Photalben, it doesn't show any reaction.
here the link in Jalbum:

It doesn't matter how many times you post the same question - the answer is always going to be the same. You can't link to your D: drive. No one else in the world can see that drive. You must use an absolute URL.

the album isn't online only in a folder on my pc. What do you need exactly?

See the Address section here
When uploading using jAlbum you can see what the address will be, see Connected, the toolbar image note the ‘Address’ shown in blue text.
