Skins: field for manual link

Each skin has a link for the support forum and it's own home page.
To make it easier for new users why not let skin developers add a link field to the skin's manual, if one exists?

The same link could also be shown in the application's skin info pane.

Hmmm... Yes, a good idea... I've added it to my todo now.
