jgromit, you are right, it's better to remove redundant stuff. Once removed, jAlbum's filters work without problem. This is because LightFlow removed all other filters before processing the images which was needed when another skin (which may have used filters too) was selected before LightFlow. In this case jAlbum kept the filters of the previous selected skin which resulted in applying filters twice or more.
susannb, I'll send you the fixed version of LightFlow asap.
This is because LightFlow removed all other filters before processing the images....
Yes, I guessed that that's what LightFlow was doing (and for good reason at the time).
David's user interface for the filters is a lot better than mine were (or yours), so it was an easy decision to fall back on his. The tougher decision is whether to get rid of the skin's thumbnail text and logo filters - the jAlbum Effects panel applies only to slide images. And there are no border filters at all (that's done better with CSS these days).
Ok, Effects panel applies only to slide images!? Is there a good reason for? JAlbum could add an option to be applied also to thumbnail images.
As for me, I'll remove filters from LightFlow. It's jAlbums turn to do this from now on.
