.menu {
width: 660px;
margin: 10px auto 10px auto;
text-align: left;
}

Simply replace 'left' with 'center'.

That'll do the trick!

Thanks for the reply, but it moves just a Little further to the right. Not straight in the middle :-(

Rudin, I believe that paipel's problem is not with the text-align, but with the margin: 0px auto on the album ID. I don't have a mobile device to test with, but I think he's saying that it's not centering the content in the viewport. (Looks fine on a desktop.)

I also see that there are two <div>'s, each with an ID of album. That's certainly not valid HTML.

@paipel: Not sure where this is coming from, but you have a stray </p> on line 74 of the HTML for that page. I don't think it will make a difference, but you should get rid of it. And on line 43, you have <p align="center"> - that's deprecated code, not allowed in HTML5. It'll work, but that's not the way to do centering. Better: <p style="text-align: center;">

Hello again,

Sit seems that I have to stick with bananalbum. So then I am looking again to optimize it for my needs. That means to center the text and the pictures below my header in the mobile version. In mobile version on mydesktop it is centered, but not on my galaxy tab. What could solve the problem?
Many thanks for your help.
