Make album privacy setting stick?

Most of my albums I want to be private, it is great that this is the default mode, but some albums I want to be public. Changing the setting is straightforward, unfortunately whenever the album is updated, the privacy setting reverts to unlisted.
Is there a way to make the setting on the album stick even when it is updated?

Having changed the privacy setting did you then save your project settings?

Saving the project settings.. I can't find the "unlisted" option in the project settings, but I realized that you can change the setting when you get the upload dialog. Thanks for the quick suggestion though!

See section 1.1 of http://jalbum.net/help/en/Manage_album_privacy
Changing a projects default privacy setting by toggling the 'Visible on profile page' check box status (do not save as default). After uploading is complete just use the 'Save Project Settings' menu and that new setting will be saved (it is in the .jap settings file as 'visibleOnProfilePage=' with either true or false.)
