That plays fine too. I have noticed that the OPs album actually has a footer.
Both albums in an iFrame can get into a weird state if you quickly flick the page up (to scroll down), the content expands making the play button move down the screen.
I'm afraid I don't know what to make of any of this. Of course, the developer of MrBurn5 is no longer with jAlbum, so this is an orphan skin (one of many, I'm sorry to say).
Some quick Googling reveals a number of possible sources, like:
Glad you got it working. I'd love to know why it was failing, in case we run into the same thing again!
RobM and I were kicking around a few things we thought might be causing problems, things you should probably keep in mind for the future.
Your parent page is XHTML, but the album is HTML5. That should be OK, but who knows?
The album page still had the old "mark of the web" on it for IE (<!-- saved from url=(0023)http://example.com/ -->), which I know makes a mess of things in Edge. That's now been removed from jAlbum, and your newly-generated album no longer shows it. Shouldn't affect a mobile, but again, who knows?
The album coding doesn't declare a charset. That's a skin problem that should be corrected - if the page code contained diacriticals, for example, that could create problems.
Some unrelated stuff:
Your parent page contains some HTML errors, like </br> instead of <br/> (in HTML5, it should be just <br>, of course), and a stray </p>.
You should probably move to HTML5, though in HTML5, iframe dimensions must be pixels - no percentages allowed. To create a responsive box for the slide show, you'd have to move in a different direction.
Why cannot jAlbum also create such a skin and function like this? I really would love to stay with jAlbum. But all my friends using iPads are very frustrated (incl. me) to see the results with Mr Burn 5.
This question concerns Mr Burn5 and jGromit also gave several opinions on this skin.
I often used Mr Burns with great pleasure. Version 5 does not work at all. Slow, jerky etc. So I remade all these présentations with MatrixSlide of jGromit. It's very beautiful and it works perfectly.
Mr. jGromit, might you please to look at this unfortunate Mr Burn5 skin and see, from Matrix if you can not develop a similar skin based on Ken burns effect and longer adjustable duration of fade effect.
Thank you in advance.
