Hi, I recently used Mr, Burn5 in the web site for one of my client and it works very well on IE, Chrome, Android phones or tablets. But here is the problem, my client used only iPhone and iPad (iPhone 5 with OS 7 or higher) and the slideshow I've created on his webite doesn't work well on these platforms! What can I do to fix it? Thanks to help me!

Did you use the Mr.Burn5 skin, or the Mr.Burns skin? The latter is Flash, and won't work on a mobile.

Yes, that's the correct version. The sample album works nicely on my iPhone. Do you have a link we can try?

I have the same problem:

on IPad:

Safari
Firefox Mozilla
Google Chrome

They just start to expand to the height.

Normally it should be 480 x 270 (downsized from 800 x 450) as edited when creating the album, uploaded and getting the link.

But as said:

50:50 that it works properly or it looks totally terrible and very unprofessional.

Same problem here, using Mr.Burn5:
http://www.birgittaschrader.de

Embedded the album with an iframe.
Works flawless on desktop and Android (tested on Samsung Notes 4) but shoes empty frame on iPhone 5s with latest OS.

Any help is much appreciated.

Embedded the album with an iframe.

This will not work. The MrBurn5 script expects to be using the entire viewport, not just an iframe. Even on a regular desktop monitor with a small display, the results are not good. See screenshot (and that's not a cropped screenshot - that's the entire browser window). And support for iframes in mobile browsers is very weak, bordering on non-existent.

I beg to differ.
It's working on all our desktop bowsers and on our Android devices exactly as expected.
On all iOS handheld devices, even when opening the URL with the "full size" album, only a blank screen is seen.

So you're happy with having your main images cut off whenever the monitor is less than about 1000px tall (142px for the header, 800px for the iframe, plus browser menu height)? OK. Wouldn't be my choice.

On all iOS handheld devices, even when openening the URL with the "full size" album only a blank screen is seen.

That, I can't help with, having no iOS device to test with. Anyone else care to check in?

Probably the size is not ideal, thank you for noticing.
I might adjust the size.

However, it also plays fine in Safari on my MBPro with user agent set to iOS devices.
Unfortunately it doesn't work on the real devices, and as it seems I'm not the only one having this issue.

That's not good. Does it make any difference if you create a MrBurn5 album and just view it directly, without an iframe?
