I'll move this thread, since it's not a skin question.
I believe the short answer is that you can't. The counter widget only knows that someone visited the page - it has no idea who.
Even Google Analytics counts the site owner's visits. In GA, you do have the ability to filter visits by IP address, and tell it to ignore visits from your own IP. But there's nothing automatic about it, and if your IP changes (as it often does with many ISP's), you have to keep changing the filter.
