While this seems like it should be easy to find I have searched and not found my answer. I want to burn the Jalbum with Chameleon skin to CD/DVD. That in itself is no problem, nor is autostarting it. But I do want to start the slide show automatically so if is it put in a DVD player it will start the slide show up without having to go through menus.
Tips?

Kaz,

From my notes .....

The structure generated by JAlbum is this: index page with thumbnails, which links to slide pages with reduced size images. The first index page is called index.html which is the default page that opens if you simply type the web folder name.

http://www.mysite.com/mygallery will start http://www.mysite.com/mygallery/index.html.

But a link can contain the filename too. So when you link your site from another site or from an email, you can give:

http://www.mysite.com/mygallery/slides/IMG0001.html

which will link to the first slide (provided your first picture is called IMG0001.jpg).

Even more you can add a parameter to the address:

http://www.mysite.com/mygallery/slides/IMG0001.html?show_param=3

which not only call the first slide, but start the automatic slideshow with 3s delay.

Please don't do this. It causes these ancient threads to pop to the top of the list again.

You can mark an old thread "answered" without making any comment, and that doesn't have the same undesirable effect.
