The problem with the date is back with version jAlbum 19.2.
With date format set at EEEE d MMMM yyyy', 'HH'h'mm
in French it list Tue 7 Jan 2020, 08h58
where it should be mardi 8 janvier 2020, 08h58

Yes, and it's worse than that. If I enter EEEE, I get Tuesday when using the system default language (English), which is correct, but if I choose Deutsch or Fran├žais, I get Tue. Same problem with MMMM for the month name.

I see the same problem in Win10 1909 and macOS 10.15.2.

Good detective work, which should be a big help to David. Sounds like maybe something didn't get properly bundled with Java 13.

Now I've finally sorted this out. We've moved to a new home this winter so I've had had to take some time off from jAlbum. You should be able to download fixed versions from here:

Windows: http://jalbum.net/download/19.2/Windows/jAlbum-install.exe
Mac OSX: http://jalbum.net/download/19.2/MacOSX/jAlbum.dmg
(Linux version don't suffer from this bug)

(In an hour or so, the official links works too)
