And why i have this strange characters in map below...

Are you seeing these garbled characters in the local preview within jAlbum, or when viewing the album online? I've tried several browsers in Win10 and macOS, and the maps all look just fine, including the text at upper left (which lets you choose between Map and Satellite), and the text at lower right (which is the Google copyright info).

Edit: Here's what it's supposed to look like, and does, on both my machines.

And are you on a Mac, or Win10?

If you check the box, Tiger > Sections > Map > Show map section, that will put a map on the index page showing markers for all the locations within that folder. But there's no way to get a "master map" at the top level, with markers for all photos within the entire album. Perhaps Laza will consider that as a future feature.

(I'll move this thread to the Tiger section of the forum a bit later.)

There's a practical limit to place marks on an album: more than 100-200 marks the map gets really crowded and slow to load. Perhaps we can find another way of simplifying it - any idea?

Thanks for asking.
For my project - map are very important, client knows where to look and what to zoom.
It is same as google maps/places, many markers but when you zoom it and know where to look it becomes handy...

Maybe other idea is - thumb photo left / right and beside map with markers, all together in one row?
That would be awesome!!!!!
I made a quick draft in attach,

Yeah, my first thought was about the people who post things in here like, "I built an album with 112,000 images, and it loads really slowly!" ;)

Maybe offer it as a separate option - Show map for entire album at top level - and let the user decide whether to take the performance hit if he's got too many markers.

Great idea!
In my imagination, it looks like one big google map and with thumbs and names of folders up or down, then when you click position it leads to a folder with a map of locations and photos of that part what you decide to put in that folder... Or you can just click the folder with a thumb and name.. maybe?
