For some reason the Facebook call code and the root element is duplicated. Did you edit the output? Or have you added the call code manually?

Can you please try to "Make album" and check if the output file (Ctrl-Shift-O index.html) has duplicate FB block:
<div id="fb-root"></div>
<script>(function(d, s, id) {
  var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0];
  if (d.getElementById(id)) return;
  js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id;
  js.src = "//connect.facebook.net/en_US/sdk.js#xfbml=1&version=v2.3&appId=391996177654566";
  fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);
}(document, 'script', 'facebook-jssdk'));</script>

<div id="fb-root"></div>
<script>if(location.protocol!=='file:'){(function(d, s, id) {
	var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0];
	if (d.getElementById(id)) return;
	js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id;
	js.src = "//connect.facebook.net/en_US/sdk.js#xfbml=1&version=v2.3&appId=391996177654566";
	fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);
}(document, 'script', 'facebook-jssdk'));}</script>

The second is inserted by the skin, the first is added otherwise. Perhaps using the "Settings / Photoblogger / Advanced / HTML / Page bottom" box?

Can you please check if the App on your Facebook dashboard is properly set up? Now it renders an empty box.
Check if the "Settings -> App Domains" has "www.samfx.com"
The "Website -> Site URL" is "http://www.samfx.com/"
"App review -> Make appName public?" is ON

This is not a real error - Chrome developer tools is missing the original uncompressed CSS file (mapping) - it does not related to the normal working. I have no idea why though, because for me Chrome simply displays the compressed CSS without any complaint.

Okay, I've checked your page in Facebook debugger, and it doesn't show any errors.
https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/sharing/?q=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.samfx.com%2Findex.html

I have no more idea. You might want to ask help from Facebook - in the album everything looks fine, in my opinion.

This page of mine is quite similar, still works:
