All modern skins should be mobile friendly and responsive, so they do not need an automatic mobile version. But these skins are punished, because they have to set the option 'Disable the automatic mobile version for this album' for each created album.
I think the option should be changed in 'Enable the automatic mobile version for this album', so that old skins which are not mobile friendly and responsive are punished instead.
When the album is added to your profile the client sends the name of the skin as a parameter, so it doesn't rely on the widget code. (But the name of the skin is unfortunately not updated if the album later changes skin...)
