I have created a number of (password protected) albums (Turtle, multiple folders) and posted them on bobharris.jalbum.net. Everything works OK on a PC.
With my Android phone (OnePlus One) I can log in to the individual albums and see the folders, but they are reported as empty.
Can someone please help?
You really need to make a test album that you are happy for others to access, otherwise there is very little to go on. You could try disabling the mobile version of your album, see http://jalbum.net/help/en/JAlbum/Website/Album for details if you are not sure how to.
The mobile version was made as, until recently, most skins were not responsive and didn't work well on mobile phones. You could check your settings, jAlbum/Settings/Advanced/Metadata, is RSS turned on or off? See http://jalbum.net/help/en/jAlbum/Settings/Advanced
The mobile version and some skins require the RSS file to function. If you want the mobile version to work try checking the RSS file option, remake and upload your album, then re-enabling the mobile version on your albums page.
Due to a recent bug, folders containing space couldn't be viewed in the mobile versions of the albums. This has been fixed since a few days ago, so it should work even if you enable the mobile version again.
