I embedded the album on my web page but there is a scroll bar on the right that I don't want!
You can see it in all browsers and even a little on mobile.
Please see my site and let me know what I can do. http://efrat-art.com
You lost a few images! If you think that this is a flaw in Mirage, please let me know the details.
Embedding albums should be possible, but it is not tested in Mirage and BluPlusPlus. I should test this; I have added it to my to-do list. I also support BluPlusPlus; let me know in the BPP forum if embedding causes any problems.
You have a standard license for version 12 but from your website, and other sites selling your work, you should have a Pro license. See http://jalbum.net/en/purchase then click on the 'i' to the right of 'commercial use' - "Use jAlbum to promote your company or other commercial activity."
The skin (Mirage) I've started using has the feature to put prices so I decided to try it. I don't have a shopping cart and have never sold anything from my web site...If I do I would be overjoyed. It really is site to showcase my paintings and not to sale.
Just wanted to update you that I uninstalled JAlbum 13 and went back to 12 because Mirage didn't seem to work well in 13.
I re-did the album in Mirage on the 12 and was able to get rid of the scroll bar by trial and error of the embedded width and height area and the number of columns/thumbnails.
The only bug I seem to have is that with 2 JPEGs I can't change the Title. It just won't let me do anything. Not even in the edit mode if I go into the title on the right. 2 other files I can't correct the existing title. I tried closing and opening the program and also deleting the pictures and re-adding them.
I also wanted to add one of the widgets but my background is the Mirage Gray and the widget bar is black. Couldn't find a way to change it and it's a shame the widgets don't conform to the Skin's background color.
All in all I love the Skin. Great one for Artists!
I will customise the widget bar colours in the next release.
You must change the image title in the General panel. If this doesn't work, this is a jAlbum bug; you should report it in the Bug reports forum.
The title in the Mirage panel is read-only. The purpose of this is to show you the title that will appear in the album. The title is derived from various sources, and this allows you to see exactly which title will be displayed before you generate the album.
I am not aware of any incompatibilities between Mirage and jAlbum 13. If you can provide more details of the problems, I will investigate.
