problem with Jalbum 8.51 on Windows 7

Hello,

I have a problem with Jalbum on Windows 7.
I installed it, and whein it start up, shows interface, but I cant do anything, when try, it show error:
Exception caused by line 1: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.io.IOException: Could not get shell folder ID list

Details:

Hmm reinstall of windows helped and now it run.
