hi,
I understand how the widgets work , however .

when i publish the album which is on my website.

it either links it to the ftp host or if I change the path to the www site it trys to connect to the HTDOCS root directory and so fails and so cannot add widget.

example

www.whatever.co.uk

becomes

www.whatever.co.uk/htdocs/folder/

which is not found.

I am using chameleon and latest j album

any ideas

In the Jalbum app, select Tools > Publish/Manage from the menu. Then connect to your account. Click the wrench icon to enter "advanced mode". Now you can browse your server directory structure. Select your web root directory and then click the "Mark as web root" button.
