Item 'Manual' is missing on the skin page.

The skin page contains an item 'Homepage'. I don't know what the user thinks he can find there. In my case I use it as a link to the skin manual because that keyword is missing on the skin page.

But I think it is more clear if a standard 'Manual' keyword would be shown.

The homepage for the skin(s), like https://jgromit.com

André's skins don't have a homepage. Therefore, there shouldn't be a "homepage" link on the standard skin page. Right.

Correct, but there is a manual, so where should I give the link to the manual?

I think the standard skin page is the Homepage!

On the skin homepage. And on the About tab in the skin settings. And on the link on each skin settings tab.

What user would go to the skin download page in order to find the user's manual?

Well you call it now the ‘download page’, but this page contains a description of the skin and screen-shots of the generated albums, so you can you can as well call it the ‘skin page’ or the ‘homepage’.
On a skin page or a homepage a user expects to see a link to the user manual.
