Wow, there's some bizarre metadata in that image file! None of the expected EXIF stuff, but some humongous ICC Profile tags of unknown origin. And yes, jAlbum chokes on it (it's not a skin problem - the jAlbum core image processor can't handle it).
But the solution is simpler than laboriously wiping out all the metadata. Just go to Album > Settings > Advanced > Metadata and uncheckInclude photographic data in generated images (the second checkbox in the lower section). There's no reason to preserve those metadata in the generated slide images.
I know this option (don't include photographic data..) but some viewers need these metadata. They want to have all picture information !
As long as you check the first box, Include photographic information in generated pages, viewers can still see the EXIF information when they click on Donneés photos. The second box, Include photographic information in the generated images, actually embeds the EXIF in the slide image, and that's a tricky operation (which is why jAlbum warns you about doing it when you select that box). I don't think any visitor needs that.
