I am totally iPhone illiterate, so please excuse my ignorance...

Are you talking about logging in to the Jalbum website?
If so, does the iPhone browser support cookies?

Does your password have any special characters in it, i.e., things other than a-z, A-Z, and 0-9? If so, that might be the problem.

yes it has some special character like %. With the previous Jalbum Iphone version, loging in was no problem. Since I upgraded to the latest Jalbum, I can not login anymore.

I don't think we've changed anything in the latest version regarding the login, but Daniel Plamann knows better. You haven't changd your password lately?

Instead of "%" you could try to enter "%25" and see if that works better. Encoding of non ascii chars is a known problem that will be fixed in the next update.

Strange that it worked for you with the former version, since we haven't changed anything on the login stuff. But as Anders said, with the next update this should be fixed.

In the meantime, of course, you can just change your password to something consisting only of a-z, A-Z, and 0-9, which should be plenty secure enough. After all, someone cracking into your Jalbum account isn't going to steal your identity and go wild with your credit cards. :)

Hi,

I have a similar problem: if I want to sign in to the jalbum iPad-App., I see a different keyboard layout as normal. In this case, I'm not able to write my password correctly! Is this behaviour normal?

Best regstes,

Wolfgang

No, you should get the same keyboard as normal. If you have enabled more than one keyboard you can switch keyboard with the "globe" symbol on the keyboard between the 123-button and space-button.
