In the new version, 8.1, does not work, says it cannot find config file during the preview.

What is it about Jalbum people that prevents them from leaving places for text?

Skins should be able to handle a deep file structure - look at how other skins handle folders using the Jalbum Skin Viewer (JSV): http://alan927.jalbum.net/Skins/ MoreSimple is a good example that is similar to Imago.
