- User interface option for top and bottom panel default visibility. (Please note, that visitor's choice takes precedence over the album's, but only retained for one hour.)

- On the the last page you can decide where to go next: Start over | Go up | Stop

Bugfixes:
- Several IE-related bugs has fixed
- Filenames with accented or other non-websafe characters work now. In IE some chars still not work from the local disk, but o.k. from the server. (Make sure to use Jalbum's 'Force UTF-8' while uploading such files)
Sorry Guys, some features are not yet working in Jalbum 8.6 - I based my development on 8.6.1.

Is there any way of disabling the up arrow which takes you back to index...Thanks

There is no index page in Compact skin. The Up arrow takes you up one level. If jAlbum finds an index.html file in the album's parent folder it suppose that you want to navigate up to that level. So you can simply remove or rename (temporarily) that index.html in the parent folder when you Make the album.

Hi Laca, I'm looking at both this and the Turtle skin, and actually this one is much closer to the look I'm trying to use. Is there a way to disable the animated display of an image when you click on it? In other words, just have no transition or perhaps a fade out/fade in? Thank you again! Jerry
