<p>Focus On A Property's Key Features First<br />This project is a great example of how important it is to focus on a property's key features first and try to enhance them. We had money in the budget to correct what we thought would be negatives to our buyers. We focused first on this property's key features which of course the high bluff, expansive deep water views, the curb appeal and the grounds. When we finished that part of our work it was obvious that a buyer's attention would now be on the view and the property setting which helped diminish other items that may have been perceived as negatives.
