I started photography about 4 years ago, as a complete amateur with a free camera that came with a computer. 2 mega pixels. The worst!
It was obvious that this was going to be my new love. As time went on, I went through a few basic cameras, until I had a Nikon D80 practically put into my lap. Since then, I have attempted such projects as '365 days' or 'ShutterCal'.
Nature and animals are one of my favourite subjects to photograph, especially birds. Their chirpy nature can captivate me for hours.
My photos have been featured on the BBC Wales Nature website twice which was the cherry on the topping for me!
