Customize your homepage

In the new website layout we have merged your community profile and album hosting pages into a single customizable album home page. One page to rule them all. The new customizable homepage is the crown jewel in our new site release. You are now able to display more information about yourself and your photography:

- Change the main message welcoming your visitors. The default is "Yourname's albums". Change it to something more fun.
- Show (or hide) your e-mail address so people can get in touch with you. All e-mail addresses are protected from being visible to spam bots.
- Write an introduction about yourself, your photography and the equipment (Gear) you're using.
- Display where you're from. City and Country.
- Put a link to your home page, Facebook or Twitter page.

We hope this will provide a flexible way for you to display your photography in a personal way and to present you as a photographer in more detail.

Now the exciting part. We have released a series of templates for you to use to style your new homepage! You can easily switch themes from your Settings page, they will instantly change the look and feel of your page. Some themes are free, premium or power users have lots of themes to choose from and ...drum roll... you can make your own theme! For now you can control colors of different parts of your page, but we're soon adding the ability to upload your own backgrounds.
